Very worst customer service. Out right lies on prices by the owner and worn out products in store, selling as new Tried to convince forcefully. We could easily see the difference of shine on seating area and arm wrest. Saw a sofa for 2200 sticker price in brochure and owner said 2300 and saying increase in prices. Also, on orders they charge 20% of price , even if we return the damaged delivery product. Beware.

Realice una compra un sbado principios del mes de marzo 2023 especificar una zapatera(mueble mediano lo cual la vendedora me trato bien en ese momento)claro estaba comprando me dijo que llegaba mas tardar 2 semana y ellos avisaban que da la llevaran por un costo de $95 dlls ya armada (se pag en ese momento el envo) as fue me llamaron un viernes ellos me dijeron que el siguiente domingo era la entra de 2-4:00 pm:faltando 15 min antes de las 2:00 pm ese domingo recibo la llamada de una voz hombre(se puede llamar hombre a una persona que insulta y agrede a un cliente supuesto era el dueo)y me dice seora hoy es la entrada de su mueble pero fjese que viene desarmado y es 4 hrs para armarlo y no voy a ir .en ese momento le dije pero ustedes deben saber que la mayora de muebles estn desarmados ahora Yo no puse la hora ni el da lo pusieron ustedes)reponde el dueo ya le dije que no puedo ir se lo voy a cancelar(mejor dijame que no quiere trabajar el domingo)pues cancelelo hay mas muebleras y lo peor del asunto no me regresaban mi reembolso al banco hasta que habl con la vendedora gente despota igual que el dueo tuve que hablar a mi banco para hacer la disputa

These people are scammers. Enrique sold me the wrong bedroom set and tried to make it seem like it was me who didnt remember which bedroom set I wanted. On top of that he told me my first 6 months on payments would be interest free. Im paying double now because that interest free spiel he gave me was a lie. He said I missed my opportunity w the credit card company when that was never even the case. Dont believe what these owners tell you. You will lose in the end. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well. Overall worst experience ever. When I came to the store the lady there told me Enrique wasnt there for the day either. Even though I saw him as I was walking in. Nothing but irreversible mishaps at this furniture store.
