Zhanna's Day Spa

We had planned far ahead and informed the spa that we would be bringing in a large bridal party for mani/pedi, massages, facials, etc. Our group had effectively booked the spa for the entire day with no other appointments from outside parties. When we arrived, they only had two staff members available, with only one who could complete all the previously mentioned tasks. Despite us discussing with our party that "the bride and bridesmaids get priority," they insisted they had to do appointments in order, despite the people having the appointments (family members of the bride) insisting that the bride received priority treatment. Resulting in what we would expect to be a few hours event stretched all day. Most of us ended up going across the street to the "Nail Studio", it was called, and received much faster and better service. I don't recommend Zhanna's Day Spa at all.

Both my husband and I like going to Mike for our massages. He is strong and has a sturdy table, not like most places. The setting is truly a day spa - not like massage envy that moved in literally across the street. (I'm not much for corporate business when it comes to massage of you couldn't tell my bias.) Mole is also a Physical Therapist by training so I really trust him.

I had a great time at the Spa and I would recommend it to a friend. My favorite was the facial by Zhanna herself I also had the Mani and pedi. It was a little cold so I would suggest a sweater but other than that they treated me very good.
