I would give them 0 starts if I could. They left my grandmother outside in the cold for one hour!!! They are supposed to stay with the person in the wheelchair until that person gets picked up, but I guess they had something better to do They left my 76yr old grandmother outside SLC airport in the cold!! If it wasnt for the security people who noticed a senior sitting outside in the cold and helped her call my us, we would still be looking for her inside the airport.You are the worst people!

It is part of are job to clear the flight you don't have any idea how hard this job is so to say that about the airport and about prospects you are a horrible person and to clear the fight means to go down the jet way and make sure that all the wheelchair and people get off the plane so heather parker you are a horrible person

Horrible service. Was on crutches with a leg cast so cant walk and they wheeled me only off the jet bridge and were like ok bye your friend can push you. My friend had to push me through the whole airport with all of our luggage - utterly unacceptable when wheelchair services is literally your only job.
