I have had the pleasure of being in the Denver Jewish Chamber of Commerce with Brett of IT1 for the past 3 years and at every meeting I hear positive shout outs for Brett. I had never needed his services until I recently. I have been fed up with my expensive computer having issue and my extended warranty not being honored as a result of the pandemic. I called Brett to ask if he could help me with my back up system so I could send my computer in for service and he did one better. He firstly. gave me multiple solution options that I didn't even realize existed. He then got on the phone with the Lenovo service department and navigated a conversation that will result with a working computer. He was clear, direct and masterful at the conversation and so incredibly gracious to me. I am so glad that I called him and asked for help. His generosity with time, thoughtful response and resolution is beyond... Thank you Brett!

IT1 Services is an excellent IT company. The service provided by Brett Minzer and his team is impeccable. When I called with a minor issue Brett responded immediately and was able to handle it much faster. The IT knowledge is broad and small companies will benefit from knowing their computers, data and well being is taken care of.

Brett absolutely saved my business. He helped me transfer all my documents to a more reliable cloud account and made everything HIPAA compliant - which was incredibly important to me as a health professional. Brett and IT1 Services will do the job until the job is DONE with 100% satisfaction.
