UCHealth Podiatry Clinic - Anschutz Medical Campus

Everyone here seems to be surprised that injured patients are in pain. The doctor I saw refused to do an MRI because no insurance would approve it but when I called her out for that she said well I wouldnt put in for it. I fell down a flight of stairs onto concrete and cant put pressure on my foot but you wont do an MRI to view possible tendon damage? Instead they made me do an extremely painful standing X-ray while the techs laughed in the back room and goofed off while I cried on the stairs they make you climb. The man who helped to put on my brace continuously tapped my swollen ankle bone without care even when I said it hurt and the techs continuously touched and moved my foot until I had to tell them to stop. Laziness and rushed care without empathy from everyone there other than the front desk who was kind and professional.

Dr. Costache is amazing. The staff is also very good & professional. I switched from a doctor in Colorado Springs & it was the best decision I made. Thank you all for always making me feel comfortable & thorough.
