Excellent Service and Quality Product. Got 2-year old stains out on white carpet!!!!

I was looking forward to using this service after reading such great reviews. I had to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen travel, and received confirmation of the cancellation two weeks beforehand. The date of the original appointment came and I received a condescending voicemail about how they “hoped I was having a better day than their worker who showed up to do his job” and told me it’s common courtesy to give 24 hours notice if I didn’t want the service any longer. Made sure to let me know it was a waste of time and money…but I got confirmation that my appointment was cancelled two weeks ago. I get that it’s frustrating and I felt guilty that there was a clerical error. I did everything right though, and after being talked to in a condescending manner via a voicemail and having my return calls to explain the situation ignored, I don’t plan on rescheduling with this company. The only reason I’m going to leave two stars is because the receptionist I finally got ahold of was kind…never hearing back from the original person who placed all of the blame on me in a passive aggressive manner doesn’t make a good impression.

We had Nick clean our entire home today and he did an awesome job!! He got stains out that other carpet cleaning companies couldn’t even compare too!! It was our third time using oxi fresh carpet cleaning and we will use them & request Nick again!
