I am a Nevada medical patient. I ordered a pick up order for a 36% thx popcorn bud. When I arrived the guy working the front desk to me to a specific but tender and lightly said to him, This that guy who bought the once. I barely heard it. I immediately felt off. As I am standing there paying for my order I notice the bud tender print up what I thought was the receipt. Then I watched him peel it back and stick it to the package non conspicuously. Then he printed the receipt. I didnt think to far into the exchange because I really needed to medicate and level out. When I retired to my room and looked at my order I noticed instantly that there was only one sticker explaining the contents of the package. Although the sticker had a packaged date in late January, the print date on sticker was that day in March. I had already opened To check the contents and medicate when I noticed where the adhesive lines were from the old sticker. I knew then with 100% certainty that this business just ripped me off! Took advantage of me being from out of state. The weed is ok, maybe low 20s, however it has some seeds. Im extremely disappointed and I will never go to any LOVA locations again! PS LOVA I use to live in CO and I have heard many times the dispensaries committing fraudulent practices especially on naive tourists. Well Im not one of them. The BBB will be notified!

Ive been here a few times since my last review, and I mainly was getting the 1OZ flower deal. The quality dramatically changes from batch to batch, so its pretty much a gamble if youre gonna get some worthwhile flower. Seems to be standard anywhere for the discount ounces, though. Employees are friendly and helpful, and the location is great.
I never online ordered anything from this location due to the sheer amount of negative reviews about that aspect. Decent if ya need to pick up some flower quick!

Usually my go to spot....the online ordering and delivery could use some tweaking. If it's out of stock it should reflect that online and if there is a 20$ delivery fee for snow, it should say that upfront.....I spoke to someone today because they had to change my order due to availability...then I get another call an hour later to inform me of the 20$ fee.(why didn't they mention it the first time?)...it's Colorado,it snows what a rip off. $20 for a 5min. drive?! 60$ in flower, and almost 50$ in fees/taxes/delivery. Not worth it
