Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Decided to take a chance and try it out even though I read some not so great reviews, but I don't think its even here anymore. One review said the owner was facing felony charges for not paying for dresses... So maybe it got shut down. There is a space available in the shopping center, and there is no bridal store here.

I had looked at a few places before this and couldn't find anything I fell in love with. I was on a tight budget and was looking for the perfect dress. We found something borrowed bridal on the internet and thought we would check it out. At first, it was very hard to find because there was no sign anywhere-but saw some bridal dresses in the window and found it. The owner was very helpful and kind. She was able to give me a good price on a dress I loved. She was informative and had a good selection of dresses. It was a more relaxed atmosphere where you could pick out and try on dresses at your leisure.

When Susan Dill posted a wedding dress for sale on Craigslist last fall, she was thrilled to hear from an anxious buyer named Tiffany Kayden. "She said she would be interested in buying it and asked me if I had any other gowns, and I told her I had," Dill said. Dill recently bought close-out priced merchandise from four wedding shops that were shutting down in California, hoping to resell the designer gowns here in Colorado. Kayden, the owner of Something Borrowed Bridal Co. in Aurora, met Dill at her home and quickly agreed to take dozens of pieces -- 30 wedding dresses, formal gowns, tiaras, and cake toppers. Kayden even purchased the hanging racks. All together, the merchandise was worth over $20,000. "I have a contract that she signed," Dill said. "It didn't seem that in the end I was going to get ripped off." But like more than a dozen other women that have contacted CALL7 Investigator Keli Rabon, Dill hasn't received any money for her items. She says despite months of phone calls and store visits, she hasn't heard back from Kayden. And until seeing our previous CALL7 Investigation, Dill thought she was alone. "I did, because I basically filled over half her store with the gowns she took," Dill said. "I tried repeatedly to reach her. Everything I possibly can, including camping out in the parking lot for hours and hours, as long I as could, thinking she may show up." But today, Kayden did show up and the CALL7 Investigators made an appearance too. Immediately, Kayden called 911 and demanded we leave without answering any questions. After we left, Dill came to Something Bridal to retrieve her items, but was greeted by Kayden with a similar attitude. Dill recorded the encounter with her cell phone video camera. "I'm closing for the noon hour so you need to step out of the store," Kayden said. "I have a right to refuse service to you. "You're not allowed in here anymore, so you can step outside." "This is mine. This is mine," Dill said, pointing to several of her dresses that she wanted to reclaim. "I'm closed and now you're officially trespassing. You need to leave," Kayden said. "No, I'm not trespassing, I'm here to get my items," Dill said. A few moments later, Aurora Police stepped in to intervene. "Tiffany, I just got the green light. You're going to be under arrest," one APD detective said. "For felony theft." After several attempts, the officers finally convinced Kayden to begin gathering Dill's dresses. Still, the shop owner was only able to hand over about half of Dill's items. It's unclear at this point if the remainder of the merchandise has been sold or not, but APD has given Kayden until Thursday to settle the matter. The CALL7 Investigators will update this story as it develops.
