Had car towed there 12/30 through their two truck agency. Driver had told me there would be no fee. Has sat there until today waiting on a new motor. Was looking for a used one had multiple phone calls from their head tech which is the only reason they have two stars instead of one because he was absolutely great trying to assist me was never told of any fees and had asked about leaving my car there while I wait for a motor now all a sudden its car needs to be towed from the lot and I owe 146 magically. Rather take it to a mom and pop next time. The tech I talked to was the only reason they had two stars he deserves a better company to work for

BEWARE OF SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE!
Went in for warranty work that shouldnt have cost me anything out of pocket. I was charged an amount out of pocket, but wasnt explained what the charge was and paid it so that I could get on with my day. This is after they sat on my claim for HOURS and left me without a car right up until the end of the day.
Called back today to dispute the charge and ask for a refund. The manager was hostile and refused to get me in contact with someone higher than him. Then told me to call corporate, but he would just close any tickets and this wouldn't go anywhere.
This place does not care about you or your car. They are just interested in making you pay for unauthorized charges and it seems to be run by people that have no idea how to behave ethically with customers.
