So we completed a full comprehensive 50-point Digital Vehicle Inspection where we documented our certified technicians findings with pictures and videos that we texted them to you to review. What we found was that there were leaks not from one spot, but from multiple areas. You had fluids leaking from the left valve cover, timing cover, and the cam phaser seal. Our primary concern is ensuring your safety and addressing the root cause of the problem. The price we quoted was to fix all the leaks, which requires us to reseal the timing cover and replace the left and right valve covers (which includes the cam phaser seal).We always strive for professionalism, and your feedback will help us improve our service.
