The worst shuttle bus service. The management the has no ideal how to run this company. They already knew 2000 passengers would use their service, but they only sent two people to organize it. 8 people per vehicle, some of the customers had to wait for hours in line to get to the hotels. Return pick up, we had to stay in the van traveling back and forth to find five costumes for 30 minutes. (Free tour between all the downtown hotels.) Driver has no uniform and was relentlessly driving and calling. He also needed to take a shower. The van was dirty and had no logo. Didn't know what company it belonged to. If you are an event organizer, please don't be fool by their price and promise. Your people are not going to like it

Highly recommend Aspen Snow Mass Express! Traveled to Denver Colorado last week weekend for my dad's 65th birthday for a surprise weekend. Did some research and came across this Shuttle company on Google. Their website was easy to use; received an immediate email confirmation and emailed the company and received instant reply. Then they called me when there driver was near and it was a smooth pick up. Car was clean and driver was very pleasant. I liked that everything was done online and I didn't have to worry about money transaction when getting out. Great experience!
