Sales person could not be bothered to look up from her computer and acknowledge that I was even standing there waiting for some assistance. I finally said, "um, sorry, can I ask you a question?" which was responded to by a sigh and a huff. Once it was determined that they didn't have what I was looking for, she said that it might be coming with the next order. I asked if there was any way to find out for sure and she said no. I then asked if I could specifically order one and she said no. When I called a few days later to see if it had come in, the person at the main office said the Aspen store was out of stock and asked if I wanted to order one. Really? I'd rather buy local than on Amazon, but not with this kind of service.

Nice locally owned store, had everything I needed. Checkout line was a little slow, but I think everyone’s patience in stretched right now with Covid-19.
