Metro by T-Mobile - Closed

America (not sure if I am spelling that correctly) was OUTSTANDING I have had to come this this location repeatedly due to trying to replace my cracked phone. She had 10/10 customer service skills and listened to all of my concerns. America was extremely professional and very understanding of my situation. I will definitely be telling other metro users to come to this location.

I feel scammed! In bought a new phone and the person that helped me said they could put a free line with no strings attached on my account. I thought it might be useful if I ever needed it, and the bill amount would not go up. On that other line I've been getting messages from people to a person named Ebony. I'm pretty sure is the employee that helped me. I came to cancel the line and they told me my bill would go down 16 bucks. So I gather the price went down for the one line, an extra was the same price I was already paying so she gave me a "free" line she could somehow use herself. It's the store on sheridan in Arvada.

Went for the two free phones and tablet deal. First they had issues with my card company. Failed to tell me that. Then they wanted to charge me 20 dollars per phone on top of the activation fees. I was quoted 220 ended up paying more than what i was told on the phone. Rip off and a scam.
