I’ve experienced great customer service at this location!! I drove here from another ups because the line was not moving. I came in to get a notary their was also a huge line but this line was moving ! The employees were young and fast and very helpful to the customers! A big plus was that they also had more then one notary or n shift that day! DANAE served me with some of the best customer service I seen in a long time!! I Drove from 17th and Sheridan and will do it again to be served by this particular store!

Terrible parking situation and the store charges $1.50 to print a label. Should be .25-50 cents max. FedEx is down the road.

Service was poor. I didn’t like the customer service. I felt like they expected me to have a problem with their policy and I didn’t but because of the color my skin they of course would assume that I would make a problem out of paying $1.50 for packaging. It was no big deal but there is a way to talk to me.

I went to this store because it is the closest to my house. They are the most unhelpful people I have experienced. I see all the other negative reviews and believe me, they are all true. All you get is attitude. They are in such a hurry to find a way NOT to help you. I am never wasting my time at this location again. I will drive further away, hopefully there are better employees at another location.
