Dr. Pocsine and Michelle are fantastic. I had a stroke and was referred by my doctor. It took a while to get in but well worth the wait. They took a great deal of time testing and reviewing and made sure I fully understood everything. Incredibly detail oriented. Each appointment has had the same result. I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Pocsine was rude and dismissive to my family and I from the very first visit. I was relieved to begin seeing her PA Michelle, who initially listened and caught a diagnosis that Dr. Pocsine had missed. Aside from my initial visit, neither provider made any attempt to take visit notes or perform physical exams. When I continued to decline, instead of investigating my symptoms further, this provider gaslighted me. I declined further and ended up with life-threatening complications from their negligence. In addition, their office staff is disorganized and it is impossible to get ahold of an actual person. Their office door and bathroom is not handicap accessible, despite the fact that they are treating patients with disabilities. As a patient and Registered Nurse, the care that I received at this office was unacceptable and I hope that other patients are not harmed by their negligence in the future. My sincere hope is that these providers learn to listen and investigate, rather than dismiss and gaslight their patients. If you do not understand what is happening with a patient, either look further or refer them to someone who can. Patients deserve better care than this.

One of my life principles is to be quick to praise & slow to judge, hence, Ive rarely given a negative review but I feel I need to speak up. Dr. Poscine had a lack of compassion for my severely disabled daughter from the first visit and was even rude & dismissive. Instead of listening to our concerns she & her staff responded with gaslighting & over medicating my daughter whose health has greatly declined while under her care for a year. Also, the office staff is difficult to reach & disorganized & the office visit notes were so minimal that I now have to appeal my daughters long term disability claim as the insurance companies rely on Dr notes for verification. Dr. Poscine has done more harm than good for our family by her unprofessionalism, and quite frankly, not giving a damn. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

I was a patient from 2010-2023. I only had my original visit with the doctor. Then, I was pushed off to the rotation of PAs or RN depending on who was available. One of my final appointments was with the doctor and a new PA, and I was drilled on why a PA from 2 years previously had ordered a specific set of blood tests. Quite frankly, that was the last straw. The doctor's job is to review the PA's work on a regular basis, not years later. And, it is NOT my job as the patient to know what needs to be done when and why that is why I'm consulting a medical professional. In addition, at my last appointment in their new facilities, I could hear every word of the appointment occurring in the room next door. I don't want to know other people's personal information, and they don't need to know mine. I can't imagine the HIPPA violations occurring in this office. If you are an interesting enough case to keep the doctor's attention, it might be worth seeking care here. Otherwise, I would seek care else where.
