Was with this agency for 16 years. Had a simple glass claim that turned into a huge ordeal. I personally made over a dozen phone calls and several emails and never got answers or assistance through claims. I turned to my agent Huff, who forgot to call me back and completely blew off my email. This is where we part ways. I switched agents in an attempt to even stay with Allstate. You dont treat your long term customers this way.
