On February 27th 2021 we met with mr. Joaquin Flores of Best Decision construction. He introduced us to another man named Juan Mandonado. To our surprise we found that Juan is in the business of pulling and selling permits from the City Abd County of Denver. He also cashed a check from our account for 1,800.00. How, we do not know. We have reported him to the Colorado Attorney Generalâ€™s office for his criminal activities. We are posting this review to keep him from victimizing anyone else. If someone would have warned we would not be in this situation. Save yourself heartache and BEWARE OF MJF CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLIES IN ARVADA COLORADO.
