        Rudest staff ever, drive all over the US and this is the worst service, half the basis are open and they wouldn't see me unless I have an appointment, I am from our of town, I didn't know I need balancing (one of my tires is bouncing..) and yes, the rude person was the manager (John). Don't recommend and will never stop here again.

        I had a flat on a tire I bought at Discount Tire 2 years ago. I went back to Discount Tire on a Saturday. I had made an appointment. No problem. Tire replaced & a Oil Change too!! Of course I paid for the installation of my tire but it was great service, great staff & I was there for just over an hour. My only complaint, What? No Coffee?
