The fact that this place has not been shut down is criminal malpractice. Very high turnover of anyone competent. The most competent nurse they ever had ended up so traumatized, she left the nursing profession.
Dr. Saholtra is the only positive, though access to him is impaired by extremely sadistic, incompetent, dishonest, and abusive support staff, who make up their own rules and have zero ethics. The clinic does not adhere to the American with Disabilities Act and most staff are ignorant of it. They make every effort and put up barriers to your medical care. I have literally had to phone administrative supervisors in the waiting room due to reception staff denying my scheduled appointment.
During COVID outbreak they got worse. The first COVID test I went in for went like this: lady answering the phone making up one reason or another to deny me an appointment; had to contact her supervisor. On the day of the appointment I waited outside for an hour. Recieving the test was the next nightmare. The nurse kept screaming at me and threatening to not complete the test, which she did not have the legal right to do. I had many nightmare scenarios worse than the this one over several years.
The worst chronic offence was staff deliberately keeping me from my doctor and deliberately blocking my prescriptions from being filled. My pharmacy confirmed their neglegence and irresponsibility. I went with my medicine for several days each month. Since leaving clinic my prescriptions are submitted by my current dr to pharmacy in 30 seconds.
This clinic is a den of evil and ironically a tremendous hazard to your health.

My kids have been seeing the doctors here for years and I can say I love to bring my kids because of the level of respect and understanding when as a mother I have a lot of concerns and they never let me leave with more questions unanswered I respect both doctors here they are great with all my kids and myself
