UPS Customer Center

I get a sense of dread when something I buy says itll be shipped via UPS. The drivers are reasonably good and for the most part Ive only had a couple mishaps with deliveries being damaged or to the wrong address; I know my neighbors abs theyll tell me if they got my package. Here is the problem, I never know when Im getting my package. Yes theyll give you a ballpark figure of say 12:15 to 2:15 but there is not guarantee that Ill get it that day, much less that time. Please do better with giving times, so we can better plan to be present when the driver arrives.

UPS out of Yreka is getting worse. About a month ago they left a package out on the mail box (Street) instead of bringing it to my door on Pony Trail in Mount Shasta. Pure laziness if you aks me. Now yesterday, they delivered my pizza from Chicago to the neighbor instead of my house and it was sitting there for 4 hours before we figured it out. I now refuse to order anything from anyone doing business with UPS. In life or business, you're either getting better or getting worse. UPS out of Yreka.. Getting worse by the day.

I ordered a radiator for my pickup. When I lifted the box up the radiator tried to fall out. The bottom of the box was completely opened. The UPS delivery guy and the people that loaded the truck had to have known. The box had a label FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE. This is the care that UPS uses. Their add states excellent care and customer satisfaction, well, Im definitely not satisfied with the service. Im only writing this because this is the third box Ive received that was destroyed. We pay a heavy price for shipping and this is the product they deliver. Mike LaMarr Fort Jones
