Baja Fresh Mexican Grill

a disappointment across the board. more of the fill ins than the choice of meat ordered. experts at filling burritos with just about everything but the choice ordered. a franchise that uses the ocean and tradition to sell. a bit better than taco bell.

really good, freshly made mexican food. pretty basic menu, but consistently fresh and good.

formerly excellent food has become only very good since the restaurants changed from cooking and assembling entrees in a kitchen to assembling along a food line. too cafeteria-like.

Decent burritos for a chain, but both the black and pinto beans are not that great. The salsas are good, as are the fish options.
