Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza upon several inquiries apparently nothing was being made and no one was able to give me a refund for food I ordered that they never even started to make... it's a vibe but don't come hungry

The food was horrible. The furnishings are old (probably haven't been replaced in 30 years) and most of the chairs were unstable. We chose Paoli's after searching menus online. Once we were seated, we discovered the majority of options on the online menu were NOT available in-house. The Cesar salad was wilted and had an odor, completely inedible although the presentation looked ok. The garlic bread was both rubbery and stale... It looked like they used an old whole wheat hoagie roll. The chicken Parm was chunks of 'chicken' held together with breading. It lacked any flavor and in spite of adding extra sauce, it was still very dry and unappealing. My co-diners also had disappointing meals (one lasagna and one ravioli) We didn't partake of the bar and I suspect the bar is why this place is still in business after all these years. The parking lot is tiny and overly congested so look for metered parking on Ventura or Paralta. The only saving grace was the personable piano player. We won't be back, and we don't recommend you go for the food....

I have been coming to this place for years. It's a common place I go to but never would I have imagined I'd end up disliking the place. I loved everything about them from the ambience to the food. First off I understand inflation is a thing so a couple months ago I saw prices go up . It happens. But now the prices went up even more but they do not serve the portions they use too. It's so small portioned now that the plaates are barley filled nd the food was so bland. It's ridiculous. Also they got rid of mostly everything off the menu. The menu is so small it's basically a wings pasta and pizza place now. Overpriced. The wings were litteraly undercooked and the cheese Bread was 50% of what they use to give. They need their old chef back. Second I've never had bad waiters here. But this time there was one waiter that was just standing, watching against the wall (it was slow on her side) . She still refused to help us. Instead she told us to wait on a our waiter. I just wanted straws.... our waiter was Great he was just busy on his side. Third. I know the atmosphere changes drastically from dinner time to night time. I use to go here for drinks too and honestly they had alot of customers cause they were known for cheaper drinks .Now they are pricer than the people around. Yikes. Idk who changed everything from the menu to bar prices but it's a shame. I hate to see such a beautiful place become so medicore . might as well go to basic olive garden or another pasta Lounge. They officially sold out that touch of spice that kept them alive .

Definitely different from a few months ago...their phones are not working and have not been working for 4 days, so I drove there to make a reservation. It was not the same great place it used to be, it was known for being friendly, warmth welcoming....and i didnt feel any of that.
