Shalimar Cuisine of India

I love Shalimar and can not stop going once or twice a week. They use quality ingredients for delicious snacks and dishes. For me, the best Indian restaurant in the area!. Not exaggerating, I've tried almost the whole menu, and I love everything!

Once the best Indian restaurant in the Valley has completely lost its way and is just pumping out tired and tasteless food. I used to happily drive from the west side to get a taste of the great cuisine they used to serve here, but it seems like they’ve gotten cheap with the ingredients, skip seasonings and spices altogether, and have just forgotten why people come to restaurants in the first place. While the service is friendly it just does not make up for the lack of flavor and quality. It is always sad to see someplace that was once great deteriorating but I think the time has come to close this chapter of valley dining history.

I will never suggest anyone about this restaurant very rude staff i called to order food and i was asking for available dishes and the person on call was very rude he cut the call while i was talking giving my order

Food was expensive and completely mediocre. Server had no interest in making me feel at home. Next time I will go back to Anarbagh which I've always loved.

I'm happy that I had the option to attempt this spot with my folks, and it was pleasant in light of the fact that the food is all delectable. I was unable to request whatever else from these folks! Many thanks!
