COVID conscious, responsive and on-time. Frank came by on time he said he would and diagnosed the problem, he had to replace the motor so went and got one immediately and was back in an hour, it was great he changed it that day since it was a cold day and our heater had stopped working.

Adi and his team were incredible! Our initial experience with them was to repair an old and failing HVAC system. They did what they could, but eventually it came time to replace the entire system. Adi and the service workers were incredibly responsive and communicative. They answered all of my questions, didn't talk down to me and made sure I was informed on any choices that needed to be made. When the old system finally failed for good, they came out the very next day and replaced the system on very short notice. I knew the replacement was coming, so I had done some prior research and sourced quotes from a few other companies. Top AC's quote was in line with the others, if not a little cheaper (and for more efficient equipment). Again, Adi gave me some choices and explained the benefits of each option. This company was a pleasure to work with and I will likely be contacting them to replace our aging ductwork some time in the near future. I can't recommend them enough.
