I scheduled their services for a "move out' clean and agreed to $96 an hour for 2 people. I agreed to allow a reserve of almost $400 to be placed on my credit card. TWO days BEFORE the cleaning the reserve was removed from my credit card. Then the day of the cleaning they called about 30 minutes prior to the start time to cancel the service appointment because "the people who were supposed to do the cleaning had flu-like symptoms". If the reserve hadn't been removed BEFORE I might have believed them.
