Jodie and his team fixed the smell in our house and improved the look of our floor! The story: We went on vacation and the teenager watching our house allowed our 3 dogs to pee all over our rug and the concrete floor in our Theatre Room. The urine sat for over a week and soaked into our concrete floor, creating a terrible stink. L The smell was terrible and embarrassing. Nobody wants a house that smells really bad. Our friends smelled it but didn’t want to embarrass us by saying anything about the stink. We tried every cleaner that YouTube says will work, and none of them got rid of the smell. The guys showed up, we’re very professional, and worked hard until the job was complete. The results were amazing!!! The smell was 100% gone and the floor looked great. We had been dealing with pet odors in the kitchen in our new house for months. We had other companies come in and clean the floors/cabinets/baseboards etc. but they were never able to get rid of the smell. I used every type of odor elimination chemical without any luck. I called Jody and he came out the following week and started work. It ended up being more extensive than he first anticipated, but he made sure that all the odors were gone, the cabinets and floor were sealed. Now you don’t smell anything. This was by far the best company to deal with pet odors. I recommend them for dealing with any pet odor if you want it done right the first time. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

Jody is a consummate professional. He’s extremely thorough and exacting in his work, and there’s no arguing with the results he achieves. His crew was polite and respectful of my home, and every time we made an appointment he kept it. From the preliminary phone call, through the inspection, and during the work, he took the time to explain everything in detail and his obvious experience and knowledge was confidence inspiring. As someone who’s never dealt with pet odor remediation before, that was important. Most importantly, my home no longer smells.
