        Solely a review on the ATM. Worst one ever! Constantly rejects deposits, malfunctioned with my card inside once and had to get a new one. Now tonight it ate up my deposit and did not deposit it into my account. I now have to deal with calling around for help so I can get my own damn money back. I find it hard to believe yall cant put up a working ATM?

        Very misleading offering rates that are only given to a select few. Waste of time filling out an application to find out not eligible.

        I have been a happy member for years! I do business at the Woodland Hills branch and have always had great, personal service. My husband and I both have car loans with FPCU with low interest rates as well as savings account and credit card. I highly recommend you do business with FPCU as well!

        Roy Ponce made my experience at Financial Partners Excellent. He went above and beyond helping me learn about personal loans and what type of loans I could apply to. He answered all my questions and had no judgement. He made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall great customer service and left me feeling happy with my experience at financial partners.
