I wasn’t referred when needed for a surgery that’s WELL needed. Adriana Arzate said I was rude because I was FIRM on needed my referral due to my pain. I went in originally for two other issues, but wanted my information to get the other issue delt with. She REFUSED to see me for the other two reasons because the “major” one was written down. I was medically neglected because she thought I was “rude” demanding for this health issue to be resolved after two month of pain and run around games. If you have too much anxiety to deal with a patient, you SHOULD NOT be a DOCTOR! She walked out saying “I’m professional, your not professional”. I don’t need to be professional when I’ve been in pain for 2 months and have not received my medical care. I saw her once in the past for an infection, she GOOGLED what it could be on her PHONE in front of me. I was still given the WRONG antibiotic. Do NOT see Dr Adriana Artzate if you need medical care. Google and anxiety get the best of her career. It is FHCN though.
