        Mold, chipping paint, mildew in bathroom shower stall and kitchen floor giving due to what is believed to be rot. Management company Capital Realty Regional Supervisor Rosa Salis and her underlings came in our and ALL apartments in early 2014 to inspect and noted on an electronic device ALL that was in need of repair. The bathroom shower stall and kitchen floor is still the same. Nothing has been done. I do have pictures of the bathroom shower stall that has been allowed to go undone and if given the chance after I have finished this review, I will put up the pictures. By the way, this mold, chipping paint thing is NOT uncommon here in Cienega Vilage Apartments on Fairfax in Los Angeles, 90056.
