        So I was very happy initially with the service I recieved when we first purchased the house. Then when the warranty representative failed multiple times by either not showing up or by promising that my family and I would be taken care but undelivering. We asked for a new rep but that seemed to be undermined by the first rep who was mad that we called him out to his BOSS. All in all our issues were taken care of and we have a beautiful.home but please be sure to be firm with your reps so they dont take advantage of you. Dont just give the survey a 5 until your taken care of fully.
