So I have worked with Belen party rentals for my Halloween gethering each year for the past 2 years this year however they must have a young knucklehead working for them answering the calls.I called trying to get information on prices and arranging my reservation when someone answered with “sorry were booked “ and clicked I marked back and I explained I was inquiring about prices then again the young lady cut me off with her response “were booked tomorrow too”I said no I’m asking for the date of the 27 the knucklehead then said “were booked all month Bye”
Wow!now if that’s what you have representing your “company” and making your bookings please for the better sake of the customers just remove yourself from the internet so we don’t waste or time calling for real information for our parties,planning a party can already be stressful and with small little people like yourselves that aren’t quite ready to run a business should just step out the way and let the competition run the game!
