After one visit I fired him (Jiri, the owner) because he didn’t know the programming of my system then proceeded to bad mouth the manufacturer saying how he disliked it. (Yeah because he didn’t know how to turn on the filter) When he text me after I released him from servicing my brand new pool, he told me my new pool was full of flaws with the pebble which is BS. He’s a liar and very arrogant because all he tried to do was insult me. I kept the text for proof so there’s no denying.

Pinnacle pools is spot-on always there did a great job and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend Pinnacle pools to anybody

I have found Pinnacle Pools not only to be honest and trustworthy, but they also do a great job of explaining any issues that I am having with my pool or pool equipment. It is nice to have them educate me on what needs to be done and why, rather than just performing the work and sending a bill. Highly recommend them as a pool service company!
