Cindee Zabner is my number 1 go-to person for Real Estate assistance. It’s been over 17 years since my wife and I walked in to an open house Cindee was selling and her professionalism and warmth was apparent from the moment we met. Although the open house was not what my wife and I were looking for, she knew of another house in that had fallen out of escrow the day before, and were able to show us the house that same day and get an offer to the seller before the house went publicly back on the market. During my our divorce, we had to sell our house. Both of us knew exactly the person to call to help us. That person was Cindee Zabner because we knew she would manage this process with as much sensitivity and care as possible. Cindee navigated the divorce process and selling our home with such compassion and empathy. She avoided the “landmines” masterfully and kept us focused on the goal of selling our home and making as much profit as possible. There is no doubt in my mind I would recommend anyone going through a divorce to engage Cindee. I can only imagine how successful Cindee is when she is helping one buy or sell their home when they are not going through one of the most stressful situations in life.

Cindee has a rare combination of downhome likability and professionalism.  She is charming, warm, caring and compassionate but has no problem fighting tooth and nail for what is right for her client.  She had us at hello when we first met and I now consider us great friends.  She has a heart of gold.  Cindee sold our house in the S.F. Valley in a difficult market and then negotiated magnificently for our apartment when we relocated to the city.  She then took our son under her competent wing and found him a wonderful home in a great neighborhood in addition to seamlessly selling his condo in lightening speed.  She dots every "i" and crosses every "t" and does it all with a smile.  I would work with Cindee again in a heartbeat and recommend her wholeheartedly.  She is truly one of the very very best!!! -- Carol Hundert
