PRO: Very helpful at the beginning. CON: If you don't qualify or not able to get insurance though him, he tell you and that's the end of it. He will no longer help you and will not answer any of your questions. You are on your own. OVERALL: If all you want to get health insurance with no more interaction with him, than go to him. If you want someone to answer questions weather you qualify or not, AVOID HIM! NOTES: I have a friend that is in the health insurance business but my mom convince me to go to him since she work with him before on other things before he got into the health insurance business. Well, HUGE MISTAKE!! After I was disqualify for the Covered California, he told me that and that's the end of the story. I have further questions but refuse to answer to me. I realized that he is in the business to make money but he can't find some free time to answer some of my questions??? In fact, I thought my current health insurance got cancelled when I received a letter from Kaiser. I was so panically that I end up calling Kaiser but I found out they just cancel my old plan and put me in a new plan. So since he refuse to answer any of my questions, I end up going back to my friend and ask him questions instead. I made a HUGE MISTAKE going to him and I will NOT RECOMMEND him at all! AVOID HIM!!
