(Please tip your tailor, they are killing it and working tirelessly) I bought a dress before the pandemic, the party was canceled due to Covid restrictions. The dress sat in my closet for two years... it was so unflattering and lose due to all the weight I lost and I feared I'd never get to wear it.  I took the dress the Jessica's custom alterations, without much hope that it was salvageable. However, Ester not only took it in but fitted it perfectly to my body! It looks like the dress was seriously customized for my red carpet debut. I was in tears changing out of my gown that I'll be wearing for my anniversary. Make sure you leave the staff a tip! They deserve it!!!!

I brought a pair of slacks to Jessica's Custom Alterations, and they were able to hem and taper them within a few hours. I was more than satisfied with the quality of work, and was impressed that they were able to finish so quickly. An absolute lifesaver! The tailor quickly understood my needs and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Jessica's Custom Alterations.

I have been taking everything I love to Jessica's for a few years now, I trust her with my very favorite pieces, she is so sweet and delicate. Every item I have ever brought her comes out, absolutely perfect, and exactly what I asked for! She is a miracle worker. Always on time or even early. I'm usually not in a hurry so I let her know that, and she tells me come pick up in a week that works out perfectly, this Thanksgiving I brought in a beautiful pair of brown slacks and asked her if she could get them done in a rush, she had them done for me in two days before Thanksgiving! I told you she is a miracle worker! I've never been so happy. I got to wear them on Thanksgiving and looked fabulous, thank you so much!I have also brought in jump suits that just didn't fit my body right and had her alter the entire piece to fit me proper, brought down the cleavage, lower and under arms so deodorant would not stain them any longer changed the piece completely until it was my favorite. She really knows what she's doing and I would recommend a friend any day 5 stars  all the stats :)
