IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONE DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. My grandfather died from Leukemia and they never informed us of his results. I am a registered nurse and I work for a medical facility, and our minimum attempts is 3 calls and then a letter. WE RECEIVED NOTHING. When my mother came to ask about his lab results, the heartless doctor said we would need a lawyer. WHY A LAWYER? GUILTY AS CHARGED. The WORST rude staff.

No stars. Rude people. Have no record of your personal records. Have no idea what youre talking about. Need to be closed down because they dont know what theyre doing. Put you on hold for 10 mins without even asking if its okay. Negative 10 Stars

If I can only give them negative 10 I would! They have no clue what they are doing, ALL OF THEM at the reception, and their staff. It took a week to have them correct their medicine perscription for a 90 year old patient! And when it was finally perscribed and issued it turned out to be a wrong brand and insurence will not cover another brand because medication has already been picked up. Common sense to check what you are issuing! Meanwhile they act as if everything is totally fine the pharmacy is at fault. I was home with my newborn and could not get out to talk to them everything was dealt over the phone and they were so rude on top of everything! Where do they even find employees like that! They were so unprofesional!

I came here and received excellent service by Elica Harbor Blvd medical center staff. I came 45 min early to my appt knowing about how much first time patient paperwork there usually is. It was maybe 5 minutes at most past 10 when I began my appt and everyone was helpful. I was told what to expect after my appointment and didn't feel rushed or like just another insurance ppayment for accounts receivables. I will definitely be using this location again in the future if necessary, hopefully I won't need to for a while though.
