I dont even know where to begin, my experience here was just awful!
I came here to get a cavity filling, keep in mindprior to my appointment I didnt have any kind of pain or infection. Now before Dr.Freeman started my procedure, we got into a slight discussion about covid where he didnt agree with me, I noticed his demeanor towards me changed & became aggressive. During my fillinghe starts becoming aggressive as hes drilling out the cavity. (Ive been to many different dentist & never had a cavity filling procedure this aggressive), I knew he was only doing that because he got into it right before he started. After my procedure, about day 2 now I start feeling pain in that same tooth that the cavity was filled. I make an appointment to go back to see whats going on & now theyre telling me that same tooth is infected & when I asked how this happened(which keep in mind, never happened to me at any other dentist office EVER) they blamed it on my teeth & said it was my fault.I was livid with how unprofessional & rude & I was just so upset that I had to go through so much pain because the dentist had his feelings hurt about my own opinion & I had to suffer the consequences! But wait! It doesnt end here! I find another dentist office & they asked to send in my old X-rays from ACME dental. When I called to see if they can do that for me the guy in the front I believe his name is (Alex) (idk his name) starts cussing me out over the phone because I said word for word ( I would like my X-rays transferred so I can go to an actual professional) & this statement set him off! There was no communicating back because he kept screaming over me & than eventually hung up the phone on me & never transferred those x rays! WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!
