Nour made our day special and was incredibly helpful. We were able to see all the settings we were interested in, and a few sapphires that had been sent to the store for our appointment.

Do not go to the showroom in West Hollywood it is not worth your time. The space is small and uninspiring, the consultation is so sterile, the inventory is limited and worse the staff are rude and uninterested in making the experience feel special or enjoyable. I scheduled the appointment for my cousin to kickstart her ring search and help her find a beautiful wedding ring. Our consultant dismissed us from the moment we arrived, she was rude and uninterested in explaining anything. She asked zero questions about my cousin and her partner and she let us know several times that our appt was almost over. She was uninterested in answering our questions and she provided no actual consultation on the ring. We left frustrated and upset and no longer interested in purchasing a ring from Brilliant Earth. Thankfully we drove around the area and stumbled across a new jewlery store, Grown Brilliance. Immediately they treated us with respect, let us try on so many rings, offered advice and actual consultation instead of clocking the time. My cousin found the most beautiful ring there and most importantly we had a fun and memorable time celebrating this special moment in her life. What a loss for Brilliant Earth, if only their care for the stone translated to the care they have for their customer.
