I went in to have my hair done with MJ. I really liked it the first and second day. MJ told me not to wash it every day so I washed it every three days. By the fifth day I wasn’t pleased with my hair. I called MJ and sent him a picture of my hair. That looked the same after five days. I wanted low lights in my hair and highlights. His reply back to me was “I love to make money let’s just set up set up an appointment“. He never offered me to come in so he can fix my hair. I spent over $350 plus 25% tip. I was so unsatisfied and his ethics and behavior was so unprofessional. I was not Rude to him in anyway and he blocked me from having any conversation. He blocked me from calling him and I called him back and left a nice message. I reached my bank to try to start dispute. To my astonishment I found out that I could not start a dispute because in my failure to know that I was supposed to have a signed contract that he was supposed to do this to my hair. Since I didn’t get a contract and I never knew I had to have a contract I failed in getting a dispute with my bank. I feel that in my eyes he should’ve read in burst me or fixed my hair. Nothing happened. I would never go back to him and I really was hoping to be able to assess fabulous a connection with him in the beginning. All talk no action horrible horrible service and he like to talk just ever so much. Before 2 pics after the Text you pictures. I feel it looks worse the second two pictures as the first to look better. I just wish she would’ve called or asked if I would like a half a refund or to even come in. I am not crazy I am just a unsatisfied customer first Two pictures are before seconds or five days after I had it done.
