I didn't feel good for a while. I often feel dismissed by doctors when I searched for answers, I've had so many weird symptoms happening to me for the past 4 years. Tuesday was horrible I tried to just get it together but my palpitations and dizziness were so bad I just decided to go to the ER. All the staff was kind and Dr Maryam SADEGHI was amazing!!! I actually felt like she did care and it felt like she was listening to me! Thank you Dr Sadeghi and the ER stuff who helped me that day!!!

I came here with my mom at 3:30am on Monday morning because I was experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, and lung pain. I told the nurses that I have a history of asthma and that maybe my symptoms were related to my allergy to cats. The nurse listened to my lungs and ruled it out only because I wasnt wheezing. Ive had asthma for over 5 years now and I rarely experience wheezing as a symptom of my asthma. They took an XRAY and ECG and found nothing unusual, so they sent me home in pain, unable to breathe with nothing, just told me to take tylenol to deal with the pain. It was like they were trying to rush me out of the hospital. I visited my primary care physician today and was told I had an asthma flare up. He prescribed me with a steroid inhaler to help with the inflammation along with nasal spray and an oral steroid in case I dont feel better in a few days. I wish I had never gone here and I dont recommend that people come here. It seems like they dont really care to think a little longer about how they can help their patients. Now Im left with a $1000+ bill to this hospital that didnt help me at all. Save your money and your health by going somewhere else.

My daughter brought my wife to Emergency at a west Hills Medical Center at around 830pm this evening. She had a very high blood pressure close to 200 and was visibly shaking. She was checked by the emergency staff and after about 3o min. and after doing checks including a chest X-ray for reasons we were not told, she was told to wait for another hour. Her condition was not improving much and her BP was still high and was shaking intermittently . After an hour of waiting, she was called again to be informed that an EKG needed to be done. She got processed for an EKG at 1030 pm asking for her insurance while under an emergency situation. It is now midnight, and she is still waiting to be processed for an EKG! With her BP raiding to alarming levels, my wife is still in the emergency waiting room waiting to be have her EKG. We have been in emergency now for 4 hours and still waiting. Does your emergency team know what real emergencies are? Will my wife wait until her veins burst? Is Insurance and having patients wait this long more important for this hospital than saving lives and doing real emergency care? Additionally, I find the video playing on the screens of wild violent nixing offensive. With emergency patients coming in with pain and trauma, here you are playing videos of violent boxing matches as if the hospital does not commiserate with pain. Perhaps the hospital should show more educational videos about the human anatomy or something more informative and not violent sports. Whoever programmed this video must have a liking for violence and pain.

Wow. Everything went fast. Nice staff. After few hours waiting started to see all the Problems Certainly: 1. Inside the emergency room, I was shocked to find it infested with bugs after sitting there for two hours. They started to move :( 2. Witnessing a nurse drop a vital blood tube on the floor, then put it back in the box, was concerning. 3. The emergency doctor was dishonest, dismissing my concerns despite evidence in my blood work. It seemed they were more focused on financial gain than patient care. He couldnt pull a fast one. He let go of few people with problems. Those poeple trusted him! 4. After being expelled " asked to leave without discharge paper work , I made sure to loudly inform everyone about the unclean and unsanitary conditions of the rooms. Additionally, I urge everyone to request copies of their lab reports for their own awareness and protection. Click below to check out the bugs https://youtu.be/1SWQrcr6iq0?si=P67TMdGvlBO_JZSz

I came to the emergency room in an ambulance in agony pain because I was on a trip and on 1/16/24 I fell and slipped on the floor by a pool in Costa Rica on a trip. I was in so much pain. I had went to the urgent care there and the xrays don't show anything. I continued to be in a wheelchair for the rest of the 8 day trip but was in agony and even prescription morphine wasn't helping. When I got home on Friday the 26th of January I called an ambulance because I couldn't handle the pain any longer. They took me to West Hills hospital emergency room. I sat there in pain for over an hour. My 40 year old daughter was with me the whole time. She constantly told them I was in a lot of pain and shaking and all they did was give 2 pills like Tylenol for the pain, they took an mri of my moms ribs which wasn't the issue so not sure why they did that. The doctor who I am complaining about came in and said wants the problem? I said she's in a lot of pain with her leg. He said okay what do you want to do? should we send you to physical therapy? he was so disgustingly rude and shrugged off her pain as if it is nothing. Then before even doing an MRI to find out what was wrong with her, he lifted up her leg up and down and she was screaming from pain. He didn't care and proceeded to do it and she was crying saying please no stop why are you doing this? and he disgusting answered, you came to get checked didn't you? so that's what I am doing. I have to check your leg. No bed side manners, so rude. I was crying from the pain and he left the room. I then had an mri and in the mri they saw that my hip was broken. The doctor came in after and said oh your hip was broken like it wasn't a big deal and said, oh you went like this for 8 days? I don't know how you did that. He changed his demeanor. He realized that what he did was wrong. Not sure if he did more damage to my hip by picking up my leg and moving it like that. He was so rude and such horrible bed manners. Obvious he hates his job. This doctor Zachary Harris lutsky shouldn't have a license. That was complete negligence. He should have done the mri first. He failed to care how bad the pain was and how I couldn't move my leg and was moving it so hard even though I was screaming of pain. All before even doing scans and giving me pain med.
