The manager needs to stop acting like a robot and act more human. You can tell when someone doesn't like their job. I ordered to eat inside the food court but other customers that ordered after me received their food first and when I asked for ketchup, it seemed like it was given to me with an attitude so I gave 2 back the same way he gave them to me and told him he gave me too many.
