Received an email 2 months ago from the West Covina office. I replied 2 weeks after that and asked if the position was still available. I was assured it was. I let him know I was available and ready to speak to him. No email, no phone. In the last couple of weeks, I've called several times and left voicemails, and have also sent emails. Finally, I complained to the receptionist and she assured me someone would call. That was 2 weeks ago. I called yesterday and got the general voicemail. I left my info and said I wished to speak to a supervisor because I had a concern. Still waiting.

Accounting principals doesn't have offices anymore, per Tammy who picks up all of the phone lines, upon calling to file a complaint, Tammy was more interested in covering a shoulder response for her unprofessional unethical demeanor. This agency is a joke, they're not interested in helping candidates genuinely. Stay away. Hi Tammy

Zero stars is what they deserve. They are a big FAT joke! I've called them to inquire about an ad for 2 AP Clerks for the city of Walnut this week. The operator puts me on hold then transfers me to a phone in which no one answered. I left a detail message. Never got a call back. I called the next morning again to inquire, told operator that no one returned my call. Again, she transfered and again left message. And guess what? No one called me back. They are so unprofessional. Please don't waste your time with these imbeciles.

Through countless hours, days & weeks of job searching, I was able to get many replies from the companies I applied to.  However, Accounting Principals really was the Stand-Out Agency that made the difference.  Accounting Principals not only reached out to me to express interest, also Jennifer, my recruiter followed through with her processes to get me to interview, test, and finally on-board within just under 2 weeks.  She was very thorough helping me to land my first assignment.  BTW..I am on my second assignment and I still get follow-up calls from the A.P. Office.  Yi and Lisa have been a lot of help to me as well.  I thank you all for getting me back on my feet.  Accounting Principals rocks!!!

I've worked with a few other agencies before and Accounting Principals definitely tops all the others! I applied and received a call the same day. After completing all the necessary steps, they were able to find a position for me within a few days.Yi Chang, one of the staffing managers, did a fantastic job helping me with my resume and did her best to find an assignment that works for me. She went above and beyond my expectations and I can't thank her enough for all the help she was, even after I was given the position. She made sure to follow up a few times during my employment with them which is something no other agency had done. She definitely made it a fantastic experience and I would recommend  this agency to anyone looking for aid in their job search.
