I just came back to this office cause the dentist doctor is amazing. But the front office people are rude they over booked they not organized and take forever to call you.

My daughter went to the dentist without me for the first time. I think that they should explain what insurance will cover and what the insurance doesn’t. They charged her for what she thought was a cleaning and it was something else that insurance doesn’t cover. Shame on them for not being honest and explain to patients!

First of all i was on hold for 20-25 minutes, so I decided to click and call back right away tell me why they answer with no wait time, this is ridiculous. Second of all i try calling they have on there website they are open mind this is 9:30am and the operator says i have reached out to them after hours like makes no sense !!!!

Staff at Bright Now was super friendly and informative. Nobody likes going to the dentist but the positive attitudes and all around good-vibes make the experience a whole lot easier to sit through. Doctor Alex is great at communicating with his patients exactly what it is that is going on inside your mouth and was willing to answer any question I had. He was very kind and easy to talk to. Thanks Doc and thanks Bright Now staff… you all were great!
