They always make you feel like more than just a patient. Service is outstanding and everything is done very fast. I would definitely recommend this place for the friendly staff and professional service. Going to the doctor can be a scary experience and is not my favorite place to be... but they always answered my questions with care and were very helpful & informative. 5 Stars without a doubt

This was the worst healthcare experience I've had in a long time. I was referred here for a heart monitor exam. Making an appointment was hard for me because I live on the westside of Santa Cruz without a car (2 hr. bus ride each way), but finally I was able to use my partner's car last week. I also work a 9-5, adding to the difficulty of taking time to go all the way to Watsonville and back. When I made my appointment I explained this to the receptionist, asking if it was possible to ensure that I could get as much as possible into the appointment so I didn't have to keep taking 3+ hours off work to potentially come back. The first woman I spoke to said she could leave a message for the doctor to call me about it; when I hadn't heard back from them for a few days I called back, only to be told the doctor wouldn't be calling me because he doesn't do phone consultations. Not a huge deal, but seemed like not everybody working there had the correct information. My appointment was at 11:20am. To be fair, I showed up literally two minutes late, but checked in promptly and was sitting down to wait by 11:30. The doctor's assistant went through her process with me relatively quickly, but then I was left waiting for over an hour to be seen. Besides the long wait, I was also concerned that none of the rooms were aerated or even had the blinds open-- given that one of the main things to combat COVID is to have good air circulation if you're indoors this seemed really counterproductive. A little over an hour after the time my appointment was supposed to be at, the doctor finally came in to see me. The first weird thing was when he asked me what I was there for, because he said he hadn't even read my charts or whatever yet. Then part way through the appointment he took his mask off, leaving it hanging from his ear. He kept wiping his nose and touching the keyboard and other things (including me) in the room without sanitizing his hands. I had to ask him to put his mask back on, which he did, but said he had just wanted to make sure I could hear him. We were sitting maybe three feet apart-- I obviously had no problem hearing him. I was shocked and grossed out that someone who is supposed to be a healthcare professional would be removing his mask during a pandemic, sitting a few feet away from his patient, especially with Santa Cruz County's numbers on the rise again. The whole appointment ended up being completely pointless: at the end of the brief and totally unhelpful consultation, the doctor said there wasn't any conclusive diagnosis (I understand that medical stuff can be vague and is complex) and since it was a Friday I'd have to come back another time to get the heart monitor. This was the very thing I'd tried to avoid by talking to the receptionist ahead of time, and after that experience there is no way I'm ever going back there. Wasted three hours of my work day for that appointment where I was made horribly uncomfortable by the doctor and had to wait over an hour to be seen. What is the point of making an appointment that I have to be on time for when the doctor then doesn't even keep to his schedule? Plus, removing his mask DURING A PANDEMIC was just crazy to me. I'm still astounded that a healthcare "professional" would do that-- even if you don't think COVID is a big deal, you certainly should be following safety procedures in a doctor's office, and you have no idea what people's home situations are. I have a father with very bad asthma and he has no health insurance, so he's pretty screwed if he gets COVID. Anyway, while the receptionists and assistants were nice and responsive, that particular doctor was so unprofessional and gross, he ruined this clinic for me. I'm incredibly disappointed and appalled by my experience there. I really hope other patients will not have to have the same experience.
