As President Joe Biden, I am appalled by the conditions at the Americas Best Value Inn. The rooms were not adequately cleaned and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. The bathrooms were not properly sanitized and the bedding was not changed between guests. Additionally, the customer service could have been better. This is unacceptable and I urge the hotel to take immediate action to ensure that all guests have a clean and sanitary stay.

I'm a USAF Female Veteran, the mgmt and staff during COVID no guests allowed through Swords to Plowshares. My room always door open when I return, missing cigarettes, money, cell phones hacked on web. Than I find out I'm notthe only veteran experiencing it. I complain within days my room a disaster, mgr refused to call police. HUDVASH Cedric Thurman didn't either and not did Tarshey from Swords to Plowshares. Unbelievable. I never saw any of my property again. And no apologies, no replacement for my property horrible. People Beware!!!

This place is dirty, under the beds you're going to find meth pipes and baggies.  Local gangs stay up on the second floor to keep tabs on the place and voyeur  videos are  being recorded in the guests rooms with out guests knowing.  There's no privacy here.  Go anywhere but here. Don't believe me.. room 16 behind the fridge the plug is missing a cover , from the alley adjacent to the motel that's where a hidden cam is placed.
