Warner Springs Estates Hoa

If you live here, check your bills from the hoa monthly for accuracy, they cant get it right. They do special assessments often with lots of excess money being stolen from retired people on fixed incomes. The board is controlling and like our Senate most have been in office so long that they are crooked as all heck. Never heard a good word about them.

Great place if you love scenery and quiet. Warner Springs Estates is enough distance out of town to where you don't get hassled my people. Beautiful Clubhouse. Pool is refreshing, hot tub really relaxes your muscles. Paved roads are nice to take walks on or ride your bicycle. Catch-and-release ponds, if you like to fish. The beauty of the mountains around this community are very serene along with the quiet. If you do not like these things, you should not live here.

The views are nice, but this community has issues with keeping the power on, especially here in the thick of summer. The retirement park where my friend resides never has power outages, unless they’re coming from SDG&E.
