        I love coming to this store. Every time I come in here, even with my kids, the employees are so welcoming. It’s noticeable that they are really friendly and helpful. It’s funny because I usually pop in this store and also A few stores down at Madewell where the service is often cold. The clothes are beautiful in Lou and Grey and it’s so clean and organized. Today I had a return of a damaged item from an online purchase and the employees were really nice and apologetic. I just feel they go above and beyond and I want to take the time to recognize them.
