We've been using Reliable Receptionist for a few years and it has made a huge difference in the productivity and atmosphere in our busy HVAC office. BEFORE Reliable Receptionist: the phone would ring and all 8 office staff would pause whatever task they were on to make sure the phone was answered within 3 rings -- and most times, it was a bothersome solicitation call. AFTER Reliable Receptionist: we have a peaceful, productive office with only bonafide calls, no more solicitation calls interruptions, and calls can be forwarded to cell or email.
