Sherese was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She was the listing agent but was a bigger advocate for me than my own agent. Sherese is professional, caring and extremely trustworthy. Still to this day, if I need anything I can reach out to her and know she will respond quickly with precise and accurate information. Sherese is top notch. We worked together to help a veteran find the right home. She has high integrity, is very responsive, engaged, professional and focused on the customer. As a veteran myself, it is refreshing to work with someone that is passionate about helping veterans and active duty borrowers and is willing to go that extra step if needed. If you want a realtor that is smart, friendly, client-focused and spot on with market predictions...look no further, Sherese is your realtor. I met Sherese During a open house near the delta. She spoke with us a bit about what we were looking for and suggested towns, close to San Francisco that could meet our needs. We then went hunting. Given that I am a very picky person she quickly honed in on my must haves and prescreened the houses for us. She would always FaceTime me in. We live in the city so she understood that our time was limited. When we went with her in person there was absolutely zero pressure to buy. She also was able to accurately tell us of the costs for upgrades. When we found ‘THE home’ she worked within our budget and made it happen. She’s a very smart negotiator and we were pleased as punch when our offer was accepted. She worked with our broker to close on time. There was a point when our lender dropped the ball and she was able to pick it up and run with it. Her client service skills made our lives easier. We are now ready to move in. She still keeps in touch and I suspect she will be our realtor for life. She is simply AMAZING!!!
