Charged several hundred $ to take blood pressure and check vitals, without disclosing the cost beforehand.
Never returned lab results. Would not recommend One Medical

Dont let them fool you. This organization needs serious process help in new clinical leadership. Waiting over seven days to simply get a medication, response or, on a separate occasion, over five days to get a response about a question of lab results. MD appears attentive yet Mrs. orders after departure. Fired after two weeks and asked for full credit. After 32 years in healthcare, this effort to modernize healthcare as a failure.

We had a horrible experience. We had an appointment for my sick child and drove an hour to it. When we arrived they told us they lost power and wed need to leave. I couldnt believe theyd send away a sick child with an appointment. I pleaded for them to see her and then they sent a security guard to escort us out. No conscience.

Im relatively new to One Medical, but so far have had a great experience with this network as a whole and this particular location has been super understanding and accommodating. One Medical has provided exactly what Ive been looking for in a healthcare provider!
